I hired a fencing contractor to replace my aging and damaged fence with a new one. While taking my fence down the contractors managed to damaged my gas line going to my house. The owner of the company told me that it was my fault and I needed to get a plumber to fix it, after arguing for a while he agreed that he would do a half and we had to do the other half. He hired somebody fixed the damaged gas line only for me to find out that he hired a person that was just a journeyman working on his own to make some quick cash and not with a company. He couldn’t pull any permits because he wasn’t a master plumber so I was unable to get the gas company to turn on my gas. The fencing company owner told me that I then had to hire a master plumber to come out and pull permits and sign off on the work that was done, because the fencing contractors said that he was not liable for doing any of that and it was me that I had told the gas company about the damage when he wanted me to no say anythingso that he could fix it with out anyone knowing what happened. Also this whole time my fence hadn’t been up it’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve been taking cold showers due to the fact that I don’t have gas. I had enough I called Raul Ramires. Through quick and decisive action he was able to hold the company owner accountable and Mr. Ramires explained that the fencing company was liable for the damage to my gas line. He’s the best and I will be back.
